Food Photographer -2025 goals and wish list
2025 has arrived, and with blessings from the Almighty, I'm stepping into another year filled with creativity, fun, and happiness as I work with various Food / product photography shoots and brands. This year, I've kicked off my Photo shoots early, making the most of the typically slow month of January. Before the pace picks up and the excitement builds, I want to remind myself of a few essentials and invest in things that will enable me to consistently create content throughout the year.
Here are a few items on my wish list and goals for 2025 as Food Photographer
Invest in New Gear: Photographers are always on the lookout for new gadgets, and this time I've decided to invest in the latest Nikon Z series mirrorless camera. This new model promises exceptional quality for both stills and video, making it perfect for creating high-quality moving visuals that help brands stand out.
Enhance Mobile Capabilities: I've recently invested in the iPhone 16 Pro Max, paired with an amazing gimbal. This combination will allow me to create dynamic reels for brands while simultaneously shooting stills.
Set Up My Own Studio: Although it's a lofty dream, I believe in manifesting my ambitions. I aim to establish a functional photo studio equipped with a kitchen, props, and various backgrounds to facilitate seamless photo shoots. This studio will also be accessible to clients, enhancing their overall experience.
Collaborate with Other Creatives: I aim to partnering more with fellow Freelance creatives / food stylist / graphic designer / marketing gurus to bring in the best visions and delivering outstanding results. I plan to form collaborations that will bring out the best in my projects.
Upgrade My Skills: I am committed to upgrading my skills, particularly in AI and creative photography, to elevate the visual quality that I can deliver to brands.
